Marsilio Ficino was an astrologer, philosopher, priest, author, translator and physician, born in 1433 near Florence. His life work sought to reconcile the philosophy of the ancient world with the Christian religion using various esoteric arts.
We orient ourselves within time and space that have pre-existed us by thousands of years. However remote this might seem from our ancestors, it draws on the same source to establish its accuracy: the position of the stars.
